Job Description:
Our Calgary based client is looking for two Business Analysts Level 2 for a contract position, running from date of award to March 31st, 2010.

All candidates must possess Reliability Status Clearance.

Business Analyst Team is to provide the following services:

•Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting.
•As-Is and To-Be analysis deliverables including but not limited to: data dictionary, process maps, data flow diagrams, and data models.
•Facilitate workshops to problem solve known operational issues, prioritize requirements and process improvements.
•Elaborate To Be design deliverables - business and system use cases.
•Draft development business case with high-level development estimates and plans.

The ideal candidate will have::
  • experience identifying web based online Government to Business systems
  • experience documenting requirements using Business Use Cases
  • experience producing deliverables such as swim-lane diagrams, flow charts, data models, interview designs, As Is process models, and to be process requirements
  • experience identifying requirements for Energy related exports. If so, indicate commodity type ie. Natural Gas, Crude Oil, Petroleum Products, Electricity, and or Natural Gas liquids
  • experience designing statistical survey programs
  • any relevent certifications (ie. PMI, iiBA)
